Berkeley is bringing forward proposals for high-quality new homes, public open space and commercial and employment space, as part of the final phase of development at Royal Arsenal Riverside.
At The Ropeyards, we aim to deliver 660 new high-quality homes, including over 40% affordable homes. Additionally, residents and neighbours will benefit from a new 4 acre park with playspace for a range of ages, connecting Woolwich Town Centre and the River Thames.
